I read this in an article today and much more but it made real sense when it comes to losing and getting and staying “Try not! Do or do not! There is no try!” Sound familiar? I just never applied it to real life.

I got my treadmill last thursday, I have been walking between 20 and 45 min a day. I did take off Sunday and Wednesday though. lol out of 8 days I walked 6 woo hoo Im getting there
